Mid-Side (M/S) Processing

Mid-Side (M/S) Processing is a technique used in audio engineering to separate a stereo signal into its two parts - the "Mid" signal, which is the mono/summed signal of both channels, and the "Side" signal, which is the difference between the two channels. This technique allows for more precise control over a stereo signal, and is often used to adjust the width and balance of a stereo mix.
